This recipe is especially yummy with fried apples, sausage, bacon, or poached eggs.
• 2 lb. Frozen hashbrowns
• ½ cup melted butter
• ¾ teaspoons salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 1 can cream of potato soup
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 cups sour cream
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
